**Responsibilities and Duties**: **1. Strategic Planning** - Define the overall strategy and goals for a group of related projects. - Align program objectives with organizational goals and long-term plans. - Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables. **2. Project Coordination & Integration** - Oversee multiple project managers or team leads. - Coordinate interdependencies between projects. - Ensure consistent execution across all projects under the program. **3. Budgeting & Resource management** - Manage the overall program budget and ensure cost control. - Allocate and optimize resources across projects. - Monitor financial performance and adjust budgets as needed. **4. Risk & Issue Management** - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program. - Address conflicts and roadblocks proactively. - Develop contingency plans to reduce program disruptions. **5. Stakeholder Communication** - Serve as the main communication point between executives, project teams, and external stakeholders. - Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports. - Facilitate program review meetings with leadership. **6. Performance Monitoring & Delivery** - Track KPIs and program metrics to measure progress and success. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. **Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience in program or project management - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.) - Excellent leadership and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. - Proficiency with project management tools. **Authority**: - Decision maker for overall production activities. - Engage and entertain related supplier and customer. - Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. - Management control overall schedule, manpower, process flow, productivity and quality. **Working Condition**: - Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with frequent interactions across multiple departments and project teams. - External Engagements: Regular communication and coordination with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and service providers. - Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to supplier sites, customer locations, and project sites as necessary to oversee program progress and resolve issues. - Work Hours: Standard business hours with flexibility required to meet project deadlines and handle critical situations outside of regular hours. - Collaboration: High level of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork across production, quality, finance, and logistics teams. - Pace of Work: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: - Program Delivery: 95% of programs delivered on time, within scope, and budget. - Budget Adherence: Variance between actual and planned budget 85%). - Stakeholder Satisfaction: Stakeholder satisfaction rating from internal and external surveys (Target ≥ 85% Positive Feedback). - Risk Management Effectiveness: 25% of identified risks successfully mitigated or resolved. - Quality of Deliverables: Number of deliverables meeting defined quality standards on first submission (> 95%). - Cross-Project Alignment: Measured success in coordinating dependencies across projects (Qualitative Leadership Review). - Process Improvement Implementation: Number of continuous improvement initiatives successfully implemented. - Team Performance: Achievement of individual project teams' KPIs under the program umbrella. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Night shift - On call Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Yearly bonus **Language**: - Malay, English, Bangladesh, Nepali, Chinese (preferred) Expected Start Date: 08/01/2025
