Operations Specialist - Broking **Company**: MMC Corporate **Description**: **Broking Operations (Policy Processing)** - The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients. - The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, for the Hong Kong market, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters. - They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments. **Insurance Operations Specialist - Policy Servicing/Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)** **What can you expect? - Be a part of a regional operational shared service center - Interact diverse colleagues and stakeholders from various lines of business within MMC **What is in it for you? - Career Development and Training Opportunities - Learn insurance operations best practices from regions across ASEAN - Explore opportunities to work on regional and global projects - Conducive Smart Office work environment **We will count on you to: - Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices - Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned - Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required - Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization's standards and SOPs - Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement **What you need to have: - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in** any field**: - **1-5 years' relevant working experience in an Insurance Shared Service Center**: - **Able to read and write Chinese**: - High Proficiency in using MS Office Application - Good communication and interpersonal skills **What makes you stand out: - At least** 1-2 years of similar working experience in an Insurance Shared Service Center**: - **Able to converse in Cantonese**: - Possess drive to meet assigned KPI. - Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information - Willing to learn and take on new challenges - Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
