Sales Executive

Assist on monitoring day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
**Research & Strategies**
- Responsible to execute the sales activities and report to Senior level/HOD
- Plans and organizes sales strategy by maximizing return of investment for the organization
- To participate in sales campaigns, promotions and product launching
- To ensure the distribution of stocks are based on determine sales target
- Responsible to managing and monitoring all sales channels that includes boutique, website, personal shopper/dropship, stockiest and agent for daily operations
- Studies records and recommend remedial actions for nonusable, slow-moving, and excess stock
- To ensure the need and welfare of employees' branches (if needed)
- To conduct and execute market research and identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- To ensure the satisfactory of customer retention, customer oriented and customer relation.
- Any other task as may be directed by the immediate manager from time to time
**Staff monitoring**
- Working closely and support a strong sales and management team
- Work as a team to ensure individual and team targets are met
- Schedule of rosters
- To ensure the need and welfare of employees’ branches (if needed)
- Advises employee on care and preservation of items received or stored
- Assist on the schedule weekly, monthly team meeting with sales team.
- Assist on the performance of the sales team
- To ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
**Sales target**
- To ensure allocated sales target are met
- To do sales campaigns, promotions and product launching
- Assist on training sales staff to ensure success
- Assist on tracking sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
- Assist on individual territory sales and commission targets
**Report**
- Assist on preparing any related sales report
- Any other task as may be directed by the immediate manager from time to time
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
