Admin & Accounts Executive

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Assist with accounting functions such as invoicing, expense reports, and financial reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide excellent support to team members and communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Admin or Finance or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or accounting.
Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the healthcare information technology sector is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
