Job Responsibilities:
To represent RMS in acquiring for new key merchants to accept the payment services offered by RMS.
- To lead and handhold small business unit, focusing mainly on managing team pipelines and addressing issues faced by team members in closing deals.
- To work with HOD to outline any developed strategies to improve the businesses by looking in-depth into existing data etc.
- To research, solicit and develop new clients/partners and opportunities.
- To contact existing key clients to establish rapport and arrange regular meetings.
- To plan and coordinate marketing initiatives with team members.
- To increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- To develop quotes for and present proposals to clients.
- To coordinate with leads from Tech, Ops and Support teams in addressing key customers’ requests and issues.
- To identify gaps and propose improvement recommendations in existing business processes to increase business team productivity
