Handle day to day operations of invoicing, issuing and sending accounts statement for customers.
- Perform daily filling of documents. -Attend to telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls to the respective personnel.
- Handle basic inquiries. In charge and sort out incoming and outgoing correspondences in all forms (documents, courier, parcel etc.)
- To handle and prepare monthly payroll administration task
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll & wages, preparing monthly management reports, relevant documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB etc
- To Check Physical Stock every month-end.
- A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
