**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collaborate closely with software architect to discuss project requirements, design and related technologies.
- Product designing and creating UI/ UX to solve users’ problems in a creative way.
- Design and conduct multi-variant testing and gather feedbacks.
- Update with competitors’ products, market and industry trend, new design standards and guidelines which relevant with digital security industry.
- Deliver and communicate the UI/UX designing ideas and prototypes to the developers.
- Continually establish, improve and promote design guidelines which accommodate the best user experience.
- Work closely with Advertising & Promotion team on the execution and delivery of creative works and end products.
- Technical Know-How to identify impediments and resolve UX problems with attractive design.
- Provide Product Presentation, Demo and Training.
- Any other activities deemed necessary by the Management.

**Skills and specifications**
- Technically strong, highly analytic and resolve issue on a timely manner.
- Considerable knowledge on IT engineering research methods, techniques, and procedures.
- Detail oriented, proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environment.
- Ability to communicate well with the team.
- Knowledge of UI/ UX and front-end technology stack (eg. Javascript, CSS, XML, HTML)
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principle is a plus.
- Knowledge in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Secure Programming standards and best practice is a plus.
- Able to travel if required

**Education and Qualifications**
- Minimum a degree in Art/ Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related course in designs/computers/technology.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a UI/ UX designer or similar role.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
