We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Fine Dining Restaurant Hostess who will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive. In this position, you will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized reception area and assist with any guest inquiries.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
- Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times for guests.
- Answer phone calls and make reservations.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about the restaurant.
- Coordinate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand and restaurant area.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as taking to-go orders.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
