Restaurant Manager

**Job summary**
Fine Dining settings. To greet guests, provide accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.
**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Materials or Products - Responsible for the safe keeping restaurant equipment, linen, glassware, chinaware, silverware and etc. which are being use in the restaurant. Also to ensure that correct procedures of usage are implemented.
- Finance - Payroll control through proper and precise staffing of restaurant. Control walk outs and payments of clients (F&B checks).
- Business Contacts (Internal/External) - To maintain an excellent relationship with all clients to ensure their return back.
- Maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible
- Revenue and Objectives - To operate and plan in the best possible way in order to achieve revenue forecasted, cost controlling measures and objective set for restaurant.
- All service personnel are required to assist in other outlet when necessary or other duties as delegated.
- Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager or other member of the management team

**Preferred Knowledge / Qualification / Experience**
- Good communication skill and well versed in English
- 6 years experience in similar capacity (Fine Dining)
- Knowledge on wine (preferably)
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management courses
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
