**SUMMARY**:
Highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Manager cum Project Manager and Project Lead, assist IT Software in managing change requirements request and vendor deliverables.

**KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Dynamic leader who excels in analysing business needs, managing projects, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure all major IT change request has Business Requirement Document with completed requirements gathering.
- Develop and present recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Planning and arrange for SIT and UAT schedules with testing team and manage the progression of SIT and UAT to ensure SIT and UAT completed successfully.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams, providing regular updates and reports
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Utilizing IT data for business insights.
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, CBAP) preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in business analysis, project management, and leading cross-functional teams

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Ability to write Business Requirement Document and management of project implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques.
- Possess a solid understanding of medical claims processing and ability to conceptually relate information technology to a business need.
- Comfortable working across team and interacting with various levels/department.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
