- Follow recipes and baking standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries as required.
- Ensure cleanliness of baking area and equipment.
- Maintain stock of baking ingredients.

**Requirements**:

- Basic baking skills and knowledge of ingredients.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
- Good time management.
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
