- Manage the online store on a day-to-day basis
- General administrative duties, including couriers, mail, and office maintenance
- Involve in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies and manage all e-commerce sales and marketing related matters
- Attending to customers’ inquiries and provide good customer service
- Prepare sales report
- Other tasks as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in managing digital channels across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
- Minimum 1 year experience in any E-commerce operations or of similar capacity
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well.
- Required Language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
