**Job Scope**:
**Managing Online Store**: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the online store. This includes adding new products, updating product descriptions and prices, and ensuring that the online store is visually appealing and user-friendly.

**Inventory Management**: They track inventory levels, manage stockouts, and reorder products as necessary to ensure products are always available for customers.

**Order Processing**: Admins handle customer orders, process payments, and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure orders are shipped out on time.

**Customer Service**: They address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support through ecommerce channels.

**Data Analysis**: Admins often analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Content Management**: Creating and managing content on the website, including product images, descriptions, and blog posts.

**Platform Maintenance**: They ensure the Ecommerce platform is up to date with the latest features and security patches.

**Reporting**: Admins generate reports on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
