Job Responsibilities: - Overseeing operation, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of products stocks in Penang, KL and Johor Bahru warehouse. - Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on time deliveries. - To inspect incoming goods from suppliers and pre-shipment check for outgoing goods. - To maintain and update ISO file for warehouse department and document control. - Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency. - Safeguard warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols. - Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation laws and requirements. - Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. - Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security. - Take charge of stock control and warehouse organisation. - Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport agencies. - Organize notes, assign roles, and oversee warehouse employees - Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivates warehouse employees. - Produce reports and statistics regularly - Performance management of workers. - To perform special tasks upon request from management. Job Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent. - Preferred Managers with minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management - Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions;
- Workstation based at Prai, willing to travel to KL and JB. - Able to work independently, self-initiated. - Able to commit for overtime when needed;
- Compliance to 5S practices, safety and environment standards - Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu.
