**Job Specifications**:

- Assist Architecture Coordinator/ Project Manager in managing works on site in according to timeline.
- Coordinate and review all the submissions from subcontractors.
- Review and issue material and shop drawings submission.
- Coordinate with client/consultants on any discrepancy on the drawings
- To coordinate Architecture work with Mechanical and electrical, Civil & Structural & ID work.
- Supervise, check, and record work execution is in accordance with engineer’s instructions.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and Resident Engineer to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure installation works are carried out in compliance to local authorities' requirement and sub-contract specification.
- Coordinate with drafters and ensure all the clients’ requirements are promptly met and delivered
- Conduct site inspection from time to time
- Carry out testing and commission of Architecture work.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
- Track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
- Responsible to execute architecture works in building construction and improvement works.
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise architect works and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
- Responsible for project management, coordination, implementation, execution and control to meet project completion targets
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to project manager or site agent
- Attend, progress meeting, site staff coordination meeting and report daily site activities or any meeting when required.
- Supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed

**Job Requirements;**
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experiences.
- Ability to read and interpret architecture engineering drawings, specifications and other material pertinent to construction.
- Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements.
- Able to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities and contractors.
- Should have good communication skills and inspection skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural team.
- Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office / Excel).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
