- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
- Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the department.

**People Management**
- Retain talents to ensure critical business processes are highly efficient and effective.
- Provide guidance and trainings required to carry out tasks.
- Assemble and empower a high performing team. Ensure effective succession plan in place for key positions.
- Ensure regular communications of key imperatives.
