Warehouse Associate

**Responsibilities**:_

1. Perform stock in-and-out duties.

2. Work closely with service centers, logistics teams and vendors to resolve stock
- related issues.

3. Check returned items for damages, defects, or discrepancies and document findings.

4. Monitor inventory security and control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.

5. Update stock records, diagnostic findings in the warehouse system and ensure accurate inventory levels.

6. Support weekly, monthly and quarterly stock count and cycle counting activities.

7. Maintain proper documentation for all inbound and outbound stock.

8. Ensure stock is properly labelled, sorted, stored and organised in designated warehouse areas.

9. Ensure the storage space is always clean and organized.

10. Validate goods receipt and perform Location Transfer Order (LTO) on the system.

11. Maintain and monitor FIFO compliance in order picking.

12. Assist and support in returns process, return-to-vendor (RTV) and claim process.

13. Track and monitor order and shipment statuses with the 3PL.

14. To perform any other duties, as and when required, as assigned by management.

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse / distribution / order

fulfilment environment.

3. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

5. A good team player, physically fit & willing to learn.

6. High level of integrity, proactiveness, and job commitment.

7. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP and WMS.

8. Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa, and/or Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
