**About the role**

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to ensure daily warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with current Good
- Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
- Responsible to perform Warehousing activities (Receiving, Issuing, Storage and Delivery) in safe and efficient manner.
- Responsible to monitor and handle SAP transactions to ensure receive, inventory and dispatch of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate finished products and finished products as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Responsible to monitor, handle and ensure retrieval and issuance of materials through SAP and ensure the timely delivery of materials to productions.
- Responsible to monitor daily dispensing activities of incoming raw materials and packaging materials as per SOP to meet productions demands.
- Responsible to handle and maintain audit compliance, area safety and cleanliness and documentations as per cGMP, regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
- Responsible to handle rejected, damaged, expired and returned materials or products in warehouse as perSOP.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulation and operational procedures.
- Prepare quality documentation related to warehousing and processing such as SOP, risk assessment,deviation, CAPA and Change Control.
- Establish and maintains effective communication with production and cross-functional team.
- Responsible to perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
- Responsible to maintain machine and equipment conditions and cleanliness.
- Responsible to communicate with Quality Control department on sampling activity for new incomingmaterial or retest material.

**About you**

Job Requirement:

- Must possess a Diploma/Degree in Management/Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 2 working experiences in warehouse operation (inbound & outbound).
- Exposure in pharmaceutical/medical device/food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Language proficiency and written skill in English as well as relevant computer skills (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, etc).
- Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Baru Enstek (71760): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
