We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage inventory control, coordinate order fulfillment, and support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, on-time deliveries, and the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong attention to detail, a commitment to process improvement, and a solid understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, stock allocation, accuracy, and rotation to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers within the lead time.
  • Cost & Performance Review: Regularly assess logistics costs and evaluate service quality of logistics providers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee daily B2B and B2C fulfillment operations, ensuring all orders are processed within the required lead time.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review existing workflows and propose enhancements for efficiency and better customer experience.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, and maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze inventory movement trends and collaborate with production to minimize overstocking or aging stock.
  • Safety & Standards: Uphold Food Safety System, GMP, and occupational safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, equivalent years of hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems (training will be provided).

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving and process optimization mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
