We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, young professional to join our Production team.

We are an ISO9001 and ISO14001 mid-size manufacturer of insulation products for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industries and employ over 120 employees. We have been established for over 35years and our products are sold to over 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, document filing, and general office duties.

  • Support production managers in preparing product & manufacturing reports, including key performance metrics.

  • Assist in tracking inventory and maintain records of raw materials, WIP, and finished good

  • Assist in the preparation of workers duty roster, monitor their attendance and  overtime worked.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistic and QC to ensure smooth operation.

  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers

  • Assist in the implementation, maintain, and update  ISO documents.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 2 years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organisational skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage as the role involves working with overseas suppliers and technical consultants
