**Responsibilities**:

- To be based in Batu Kawan, Malaysia
- The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
- This role requires collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop programs, and ensure execution of organizational goals

**What You’ll Do**

**Training Program Development**:
Design and implement training programs based on organizational needs and employee skill gaps. Develop training materials, manuals, and resources.

**Needs Assessment**:
Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.

**Training Delivery**: Facilitate training sessions. Utilize various training methods (e.g., e-learning, on-the-job training, classroom instruction).

**Evaluation and Reporting**: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Provide reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for future training initiatives.

**Lead and develop training team**

Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

**Communication**:
Excellent system analysis, presentation, and communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing people and projects
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations
- Proven experience of creating and delivering training material (Web based training, on the job training programs, certification programs, metrics)
