Account Assistant

**Job Summary**
- Recording of payment received (AR) entry records precise & accurate.
- Handle reconciliation of various bank accounts and updates.
- Prepare staff monthly claims, ensure compliance with for Management Policy & Guidelines.
- Prepare summary and accounting reports before closing deadline.
- Maintain proper filling & supporting's for closing & audit purpose.
- Follow thru long overdue debt and resolved/ recovery with business teams
- Address disputes & claims for outstanding invoices
- Monitor delivery schedule and progress consistent with work programs
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or Cert/Diploma in Accounting/Related.
- 1-2 years in Accounting Knowledge are welcome.
- Some knowledge of accounting software.
- Can start in short notice.
- Based at Subang Jaya
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
