**Responsibilities**:

- **General**:_
- To lead both Procurement and Shipping team to ensure team meeting their personal KPIs.
- Participate in all regulatory compliance activities associated with this position.
- Identify, mitigate and report potential risks associated with potential breaches of related regulatory standards and practices.
- Review existing practices and procedures to promote continuous improvement across the business.
**_Procurement: _**
- To responsible for the entire procurement activities from procurement, order processing, purchasing, and conduct supplier audits and evaluation.
- To represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers to mitigate commercial risks and improve value delivered to the business.
- To maintain a good relationship with existing suppliers and engage new suppliers to achieve the best possible financial outcomes.
**_Shipping: _**
- To ensure smooth operations of shipping function.
- To work closely with related parties (both internal and external) to resolve daily shipping operations issues and timely delivery of shipment to customers.
- To liaise with custom authorities and resolve the issues immediately.
- To ensure team perform a proper filling system.
**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain function particularly procurement and shipping.
- Well verse in Malaysia customs regulatory and experience liaising with custom authorities.
- Strong leadership skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, well organised, good negotiation skills and pc literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
