**Purchasing Responsibilities**:

- Managing procurement workflow including receiving purchase requisition, processing orders, sourcing new suppliers, quotations, and negotiating prices.
- Determine the supply needs of the organization, helping in researching potential suppliers for products and service providers based on requirements or needs.
- Researching and evaluating potential vendors.
- Corresponding and negotiating with vendors for optimal prices.
- Assisting with Materials Requirement Planning, purchasing and ensuring that correct materials are purchased within budgeted costs and on time, taking appropriate stock levels (stock turns) into account.
- Ensuring the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well-maintained for all procurement transactions.
- Creating and updating vendor and supplier databases.

**Logistic and Warehouse Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all orders are completed and ready for shipment as per planned schedule.
- Handle domestic and export shipments booking and transports arrangement for goods delivery.
- Coordinate with customer and transporter (driver, shipping agent, freight forwarder) to ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents required in relation to logistic and exemption (invoice, packing list, DO, PI, etc.).
- Ensure documentation accuracy for export declaration and clearance while complying with all the Customs and LMW regulations.
- Liaise closely with Customs authorities for resolving all matters related to the export processes, report submissions, etc.
- Calculate various charges incurred in transportation, compare quotations and check invoices from transport company.
- Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
- Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage.
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations。

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to deal with relevant government agencies, inclusive of Customs authorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
- A keen eye to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
