Job descriptions: 1. Manage, review, and update our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. 2. Responsible for implementing company-wide continuous improvement action plans related to amongst others quality practices, system procedures, operational efficiency, training standards etc. 3. Actively engage with our team and implement measures for ensuring the quality system and practices remain robust, relevant and effective in meeting our present and future operational objectives. 4. Lead and plan daily and weekly task for QC team to perform. 5. Advise the management team on the best practices, and on latest developments related to the industry and regulatory standards. 6. Assist the Engineering Manager in Product certification, Internal and External third-party testing, Certification, Data collection and analysis. 7. Evaluate and review performance of new and current key external providers of goods and services. 8. Manage quality matters involving customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Job requirements: 1. 4-6 years of experience in the role of Senior QA/QC engineer / Assistant QA manager / QA manager, preferably in a company that is also ISO 9001:2015 certified. 2. Essential leadership and communications skills for working with a diverse team comprising key colleagues from Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Engineering as well as external parties. 3. Demonstrated ability and track record in implementing effective continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Proven adaptability to work in a changing market environment, happy to take on new challenges. 5. Be open minded, creative, ready to take a hands-on approach when solving problems. 6. Have an eye for detail, excellent auditing and reporting skills. 7. Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Computing, Technology, Management, Quality or related qualification.
