ABOUT THE ROLE
- To lead and manage the Supply Chain activities mainly on Non
- Core Purchasing and Calibration.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Inventory and Ops) and external stakeholders (suppliers and

service providers).
- Accountable to ensure all request are fulfilled as per the requested delivery date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement of NCO articles and service to provide the required level of profitability and service to support the

fulfilment of our Sales and customer strategy.
- All Procurement related activities to adhere to RS Policy.
- Support Markets requirements on Calibration services.
- Coordinate closely between Sales, CS and Supplier in delivering the required calibration services.
- Main good tracking record on the movement of calibration article from RS - Caleb - Customer vis versa.
- Update CS on the status of product under calibration and upload the required documents in RS shared folder.
- Raise STO for Core article under the calibration scope if there is no sufficient stock.
- Raise PR/PO for Caleb services.
- Calibration Service invoice verification and submit to finance for payment arrangement.
- Work closely with Ops team on the delivery of Calibrated equipment.
- Ensure all transaction relating calibration service are followed as per the documented procedure.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

- Good Communication Skill
- Effective team player
- Knowledge in SAP
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience of Vendor Management Processes and Practice
- Good Analytical Skill and able to write procedures and process flow.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives / projects.

Desirable
- Experienced working in similar industry
- Good MS Office Skill
- Experience of working with SAP
- Degree or Diploma in Business or other related filed is an essential.
