Air Freight Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, permits)
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, warehouse, and finance)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of airfreight and shipping terms is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: RM32,500.00 - RM47,500.00 per year
