We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team

**Here are the responsibilities**:

- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign ideas and innovative marketing approaches.
- Set measurable objectives and track performance for all marketing activities.
- Supervise and guide the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and ads specialist.
- Generate creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events.
- Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and execute effectivelyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
