We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team

Here are the responsibilities:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign ideas and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Set measurable objectives and track performance for all marketing activities.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and ads specialist.
  • Generate creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events.
  • Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies.
  • Create a persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
  • Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.).
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.

Desired skills & requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and execute effectivelyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
