Training Planner

**Business Objectives**
- ** Ensure on-going optimal use of the training activities and resources in a compliant fashion**
- ** Ensures conformity of crew members to training and recurrency requirements**
- ** Ensure disruptions to training are recovered and addressed in an expeditious and compliant manner as appropriate**
- ** Ensure transparent management of crew resource**
- ** Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address prior to publication**
- ** Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing**
- ** Liaise with own and third party training facilities and service providers to ensure the availability of required resources to meet the training requirements of the Group**
**Primary Accountabilities**
- ** Work within a team responsible for the crew schedule production across the Group of AOC’s**
- ** Allocate training resources and activities in line and within manpower targets on a daily basis to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations**
- ** Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business**
- ** Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower, facilities, simulators, etc**
- ** Take a proactive approach ensuring the optimum use of the crew resources through efficient training planning.**
- ** Ensure training activities are aligned with resource and travel requirements**
- ** Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary**
- ** Ensure all training and qualification requirements are met to enable legal and safe operation of all crew members**
**Requirements**:
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
**1. A minimum of One year of experience in the aviation industry.**
**a) Familiarity with AIMS software will be an advantage.**
**b) Experience in the operations department will be an advantage.**
**c) Knowledge of Crew flight and duty time limitations is preferable.**
**2. Proficient in the English language( written and oral).**
**3. High school education cleared or higher (High level of Maths proficiency preferred).**
**4. Good knowledge of Google suites(Google Sheets especially).**
**5. Positive attitude with a team spirit is important.**
