- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Managing inventory, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conducting training and development for staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Priority given to those with outstanding performance in **furniture sales or interior design**; some **online sales experience** preferred.
- Quick thinking, strong communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented.
