We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic in-house production team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality creative content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day production process including allocating resources and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Responsible for developing, managing and planning budgets, logistics and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, writers, production crew, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure necessary materials and services for projects.
- Maintain high standards of creative output by conducting regular reviews and quality assessments.
- Liaise with clients / managers to understand objectives, expectations and thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Film, TV production, broadcasting, multimedia, communications or a related field is required.
- 8-12 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of production and a solid understanding of quality standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Wide network of industry contacts is preferred but optional.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations including safety regulations, insurance, contracts, and labor laws.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
