[RN] Our client is a mobile virtual network operator in Malaysia.
**Purpose**
**For this team**:
The Product team is the key driving force behind, with the key objective so ensure competitiveness for new acquisition, retention and uptake of product offerings.
**For this position**:
Your key objective is to track core product positioning, market segmentation, craft consumer journeys as well as improve ecosystem penetration.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Market/Consumer Insight**
- Track market movements and identify proposition gaps or competitor impact
- Propose active analyses of customer behaviour to understand changing product trends
**Product Management**
- Engage with various stakeholders (management, business intelligence, sales, strategy, etc.) to ideate and launch new plans.
- Design product and billing policies that create win-win propositions for both customers and Tune Talk
- Prepare strategic Business Plans for new product proposals with forecasted revenue, sales and profitability targets.
- End-to-end project management of new product/feature launches coordinated with relevant stakeholders.
- Analysis and optimization of sign-up channels
- Liaising with Development and Network teams on timely and accurate provisioning of products corroborated with User Acceptance Tests.
**Consumer Campaigns**
- Creation of consumer campaigns (seasonal or otherwise) for acquisition or ARPU uplift including:
- Creation of Business Case containing budget, targets and mechanics
- Campaign coordination with internal stakeholders
- Tracking of results
**Secondary Responsibilities**
**Value-Added Services (VAS)**
- Support VAS and IDD team to manage portfolio of VAS in line with product strategy towards revenue uplift
- Track performance of individual products and propose improvements
Support product/campaign launches to achieve revenue targets.
**User Experience**
- Responsible for accurate product representation within the UI digital platforms (Apps, Website, etc.)
- Handle ad-hoc customer issues due to policies or platforms.
- Assist Marketing functions or internal departments on events or campaigns that involve Product elements
- Assist in evaluation of system improvements, upgrades, etc.
- You will also be required to perform or undertake any other task as may be given from time to time by your immediate superior or by the Management.
**Education Qualifications & Certificates**
Possesses Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; or equivalent professional qualification
**Professional Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management in Telecommunications or related industries
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX) would be an added advantage
**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Desirable:_
- Fluent in written/spoken Bahasa Malaysia
- Data Analysis (SQL, MS Access, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel (e.g. PowerPivot, macro, R)
- Written/Spoken Chinese
