**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Execute trades on Prop Firm platforms following company risk management rules.
- Participate and pass the 2 Step Prop Firm challenge during the probation period.
- Monitor and manage trading positions to control risk and maximize profit.
- Submit daily trading reports and summaries to management.
- Use company-provided VPS and trading accounts, accepting remote monitoring.
- Maintain confidentiality of trading strategies, account information, and company data.
- Comply with company policies, working hours, and performance standards.
- Continuously improve trading skills and participate in company assessments when required.
- Collaborate with the team and management to achieve trading goals.
- Follow professional ethics and avoid unauthorized fund withdrawals or account misuse.

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of forex or financial markets; familiarity with Prop Firm challenge process is a plus.
- At least 6 months of independent trading experience with understanding of risk and money management.
- Proficient in MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar trading platforms for technical analysis.
- Ability to strictly follow company risk control rules, avoiding high leverage and overexposure.
- Strong trading mindset, self-discipline, and ability to handle trading pressure.
- Comfortable with remote work, managing time effectively, and communicating clearly.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and willingness to undergo regular performance reviews.
- Basic English reading and writing skills to understand trading documents and submit reports.
- Willingness to pay Prop Firm challenge fees upfront before onboarding; fees will be reimbursed upon successful challenge completion with a bonus reward.
- Clean disciplinary record, integrity, and reliability.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
