JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Understanding and promoting company product, package or service.
- Provide customer with information on service.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive company and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Accepting calls and answers questions from customer
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchase
- Provide solutions to address and resolve customers issues or challenges.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Answers questions from clients
- Answering incoming call
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Appointment
- Assist in scheduling customer appointment
- Helping in reconfirm with customer after book appointment
- Manage large amounts of incoming call

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Responsible for day-to-day customer service matters.
- To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
- Provide administrative support function to the company.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- To assist the sales team and customer service of the database system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
