**Job Overview**:
As the **Customs & Forwarding Lead**, you will take charge of coordinating and supervising key aspects of import and export shipment processes, with a focus on customs documentation, regulatory compliance, and cargo flow. You’ll play a central role in supporting operational efficiency while ensuring accuracy in document handling and smooth communication with all parties involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end shipment coordination, including customs clearance, documentation, and status tracking
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (logistics, customer service, finance) and external parties (customs, vendors, port authorities)
- Operate logistics systems (e.g. JCTS, FZIPS, DAX, RDS) for document control, haulage, and customs entries
- Prepare and submit essential customs and shipping documents such as ZB forms, invoices, BLs, NOAs, and delivery instructions
- Monitor charges including demurrage, port handling, and vendor fees to ensure budget control
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical documentation to support audits and compliance efforts
- Provide task delegation, training, and guidance to junior forwarding team members
- Collaborate with IT and HR on staff onboarding, systems setup, and access/pass management
- Prepare timely reports and assist in tracking KPIs, costs, and operational performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or related field
- Experience in customs forwarding, logistics coordination, or freight operations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of customs documentation, port procedures, and shipment flows
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in team support or supervisory tasks is an advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
