**Job Scope**

Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences
- Deliver warm, professional service that aligns with the company standards
- Manage inquiries, returns, and minor customer complaints with care and efficiency

Product Handling & Merchandising
- Tag, display, and rotate merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Support receiving and stocking of new resale items
- Ensure all products are well-presented and protected in-store

POS & Cashiering
- Operate the POS system for sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Handle payments (cash, credit card, digital wallet, etc.) accurately
- Assist with gift wrapping, issuing receipts, and tax-free documentation if applicable

Team Support
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts, store meetings, and promotional event support
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the store at all times

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, consignment, or fashion boutique preferred.
- Strong knowledge of designer brands and an eye for style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

**Job Details**
- **Salary: Up to RM5,000 (Negotiable based on experience)**:

- **Working Days & Hours: 5 days per week, 10AM to 10PM (8 hours working shift)**:

- Fixed Transportation Allowance: RM 300
- EPF, SOCSO, Medical Insurance (up to RM1,000/year)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

- Are you familiar with luxury designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, or Rolex?
- Are you confident in assisting customers with product recommendations and styling advice?
- Have you used a POS (Point-of-Sale) system for handling transactions, refunds, or exchanges?
- Are you comfortable handling multiple payment types (cash, credit card, digital wallet)?
- Do you have experience with merchandise tagging, rotation, or visual display?
- Are you willing and able to work on weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts (between 10 AM and 10 PM)?
- Are you comfortable working a 5-day schedule with 8-hour rotating shifts?

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
