Sales Admin Executive

1) To ensure all sales order handled in proper manner.

2) Prepare purchase order.

3) Track orders and updates credit account status to sales executive and managers.

4) To assist in monitoring the delivery schedule of materials.

5) Assist the sales department to manage sales orders on monthly basis.

6) Attend to customers' complaint that received via calls or formal written complaints.

7) Responsible for assisting and delivering marketing information on behalf of the whole team.

8) Maintaining pre and post business communications with clients.

9) Assist in conducting customer satisfaction survey on yearly basis.

10) Prepare costing for any enquiry.

11) Assisting in prepare quotation.

12) Manage and handle stationery stock record, reordering and stock take.

13) Check and verify prices of suppliers' invoices before pass to Accounts for billing.

14) To carry out instructions as directed by superior or any other person as designated by the management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
