_**Key Responsibilities**:_

**1.Strategic Planning Support**:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify key strategic priorities and align them with organizational goals.

**2.Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items as well as minutes of meetings.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to overcome obstacles.

**3.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Implement communication strategies to ensure effective and coordinated dissemination of information.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including internal teams and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and gather feedback.

**4.Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to assess the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update key stakeholders on the status and outcomes of projects.
- Analyze data and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategic efforts.

**5.Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on energy / power industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to strategic coordination and communication.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to implement changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or any related field.
- **2-3 years of working experience** in strategic planning, project coordination, or communications role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.**:

- Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia (writing and communicating)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Having extensive experience in communications is a big plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 17 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
