Our client, a leading multinational in the financial services industry, is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager
to join their global operations team. This newly created role offers
high visibility and the opportunity to work directly with regional and
senior leadership. The successful candidate will drive strategic
initiatives, enhance operational effectiveness, and support data-driven
decision-making across markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a consulting or strategic operations background, who is looking to apply their skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global and regional leaders to track business performance, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives, working closely with departments across multiple geographies.
  • Lead or support strategic projects aimed at process improvement, cost optimization, and governance enhancements.
  • Compile and analyze operational and performance data to provide actionable insights and influence strategic decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, while maintaining high standards in execution and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management, preferably in consulting, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to work with data, identify trends, and draw insights to support business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across time zones; experience in virtual collaboration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
