**Job Description**:

- Assist patients during visits and consultations with doctors
- Address patient concerns with care and professionalism
- Guide patients through appointments, treatments & payments
- Escalate and help resolve patient feedback or issues
- Work closely with departments to ensure smooth experience

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in any field
- Strong communication skills required
- Mandarin language proficiency is preferred
