**Responsibilities and Authorities**
- Responsible in receiving, storing, issuing and records updating of materials.
- Proper documents filling and labelling.
- Monitor in logistics or shipment arrangement and documents preparation.
- Ensure all stored materials are accurate.
- Report immediately to Store Supervisor if any discrepancy or abnormal incident occurred in store.
- Provide assistance to accounts personnel during stock check.
- Responsible in receiving direct and indirect orders from all department.
- Prioritize and schedule items purchased to meet up the internal order request on time.
- Verify Invoice and notify supplier for payment to Account Department.
- Deal and negotiate with supplier.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company standards.
- Perform other job deem necessary by management.
- Coordinate and support Logistic activities for onshore and offshore shipments until completion.

**Requirements & Qualification**
- Must possess SPM/Diploma/Bachelor degree qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of work experience in procurement/ purchasing/ inventory.
- Strong analytics thinking and communication skills.
- Well-disciplined and meticulous.
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at Bukit Selambau, Sungai Petani, Kedah.

**Job Competency**
- Proficiency in computer skills, e.g.: Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability in process and maintaining accurate record.
- Ability to provide accurate purchase order.
- Understand raw material specification.
- Negotiation skill in pricing.
- Tidiness of documents filling.
- Understand how their work affect environment.
- Responsibility towards EMS compliance.
- Understand implication of not conforming to EMS requirement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
