About the Role

Support in development of overall Partnership Distribution (PD) business planning and strategy setting.

Responsible for quality and timely submission of Group / Local Management reporting / presentation materials.

Responsible to prepare and monitor the Bancassurance and Direct Marketing performance.

Monitoring of division’s GOE & MME Expenditures.

Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified.

Roles And Responsibilities
- To support the preparation and consolidation of the necessary management reporting materials (both Local and Group) on monthly basis, including the computation of key performance indicators for business dashboards.
- To support and coordinate the preparation of Annual Business Strategic Planning materials (including target setting) by coordinating with relevant key stakeholders.
- To actively participate and provide challenge in the department’s strategy formulation, implementation and tracking of long-term strategies and short-term initiatives.
- To support the preparation and submission of Bancassurance Sales Inventive Plan (SIP) report/template for Bancassurance Sale Teams on regular basis.
- To design and develop structure Bancassurance performance trackers for regular performance monitoring.
- To assist in monitoring the PD GOE and MME expenses and ensure it is within expense allowable.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in financial institutions (banking or insurance).
- Highly numerate, diligent, resourceful, and independent.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Sound business acumen.
- Strong business knowledge, detailed oriented and possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Posses good communication and presentation skills.
