**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust-building, and providing ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ethical and customer-focused approach to business.
