**Role Summary**: We are on the lookout for a driven Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of our innovative software products. As a central figure in our product team, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution and market launch. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products and ensuring they exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with Recogine’s strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely and quality product deliverables.
- Engage in continuous market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and positioning.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, and agile development processes.
- Coordinate go-to-market and product launch strategies to maximize product impact and reach.
- Regularly evaluate product performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize business outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the software or SaaS sector, with proven success in leading products from conception to market.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
