**Experience**:

- Fresh graduates or SPM with 1 year of customer service or content review-related experience
- Call center or content moderation experience

**Special Training**:

- NA (Non-Applicable)

**Knowledge**:

- Experience or knowledge in social media

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities, and resilience
- Flexibility and ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
- Teamwork orientation

**Interview Rounds**:

**Compensation**:

- Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3300
- Night Shift Allowance: RM 30/Day
- KPI Incentives: RM 200 to RM 500
