At Krislite, we’re seeking a **Sales Admin Support Executive** for our Maintenance Business Unit. In this role, you’ll provide critical administrative, sales, and coordination support—keeping client contracts, maintenance schedules, and billing processes running like clockwork. You’ll work closely with sales, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure every client receives outstanding service and timely communication. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Administration & Contract Support**
- Maintain and update client maintenance schedules, contracts, and billing records in ERP/PMS systems.
- Track contract renewals, service intervals, and expirations—proactively alerting the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate invoices based on completed service reports and monitor payment status to support healthy cashflow.
- Ensure all maintenance activities (site visits, inspections, repairs) are properly logged for record-keeping.

**2. Pre-Sales & Proposal Assistance**
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for maintenance contracts, upgrades, and add-ons.
- Prepare customized proposal packs, integrating maintenance insights (e.g., equipment age, service history) with tailored product or service recommendations.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with both technical scopes from maintenance and commercial terms from sales.

**3. Data Coordination & Forecasting Support**
- Consolidate and track data to support sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate with operations to align daily maintenance activities with overall sales and service targets.
- Generate periodic reports on contract performance, outstanding renewals, and revenue forecasts.

**4. Client Liaison & Internal Coordination**
- Act as the communication bridge between sales, maintenance, and finance to resolve discrepancies in billing, service deliverables, or contract scope.
- Liaise with clients regarding contract status, payment reminders, and service confirmations.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and reviews as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales Support, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or contract management (preferably in maintenance or service-driven industries).
- Proficiency in ERP/PMS systems; strong Excel and reporting skills are an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-driven attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,057.17 per month

**Experience**:
