**Primary Duty (L1)**

The role plays a crucial part in putting customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction⁠ from technology standpoint

**Responsibilities (L2)**
- Enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through various initiatives⁠⁠
- Assist in managing the SuperApp for i-City, which integrates various services and features for customers⁠⁠
- Improving theme park attractions and services to exceed customer expectations⁠⁠
- Assist in collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth execution of customer-facing projects⁠⁠
- Assist in implementing new technologies, upgrading systems, and developing custom software solutions⁠⁠
- Gathering knowledge, researching, and strategizing execution for special projects⁠⁠
- Coordinating between different teams to ensure alignment of project goals⁠⁠
- Drafting documentation, including checklists and user guides, for new processes or services⁠⁠
- Gathering feedback for continuous improvement of workflows and processes⁠⁠

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
