Cheras, Malaysia Dr Clear Aligners Full time

1. Support all administrative issues
- Case Submission
- TP follow up
- Create TP overview (PDF)
- Send TP to QC
- Send to PIC when TP approved
- Request modification if needed
- Spreadsheet /Portal Update
- Aligners Ordering

2. Coordinate with clinic for available slots, appointment booking and patients' attendance status

3. Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
- QC and packing product
- Update all necessary records

4. Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur

5. Generate daily/monthly report

6. Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
