**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To maintain stock level of consumable items and initial purchase when minimum level is reach. Analyze optimum stock required to stock based on actual consumption.
- To ensure BOM, DO and store requisition form transaction’s accuracy in system and report store issue accordingly at the end of the day.
- To check and ensure accuracy and quality of goods received as against packing list/delivery order (DO). On time receive into ERP.
- To train and supervise storekeeper kitting against job pick list/requisition form. Supervising storekeeper daily activities and allocate workload.
- To safekeeping of all production small tools by ensuring proper documentation in respect of storage, distribution and return of equipment tools. Maintaining workers tool records and report if any damage or loss of such tools.
- To organize and maintain materials storage by ensuring proper arrangement and indication for easy identification, and to store in safe and secure area.
- To maintain stock accuracy against ERP records by perform weekly cycle count and ensure parts are placed in correct/designated storage area.
- To control and organize raw materials, consumables parts and tools storage and preservation. Ensure first in first out practice carry out for parts receiving and issuing.
- To compliance with health and safety regulations by maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- To supervise storekeeper and driver is carry out job according to work instruction and procedure.
- The job holder is not confined or exclusive to the above mentioned key responsibilities and may be required to perform other duties as and when required by the immediate superior and/or Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma & related working experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related based industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP/MRP & warehouse management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
